The Bad Beat Jackpot is paid out as follows:

* 65% goes to the players.
* 25% goes to seed the next Bad Beat Jackpot.
* 10% goes to the house.

* 50% goes to the player that got the Bad Beat.
* 25% goes to the winner of the hand.

In order for a hand to qualify as a Bad Beat, it must satisfy the following:

* The player must be sitting at a Jackpot or Turbo Jackpot table.
* A Jackpot rake must have been collected for the hand.
* Both hole cards must be used in making the losing hand.
* The losing hand must be quad 8’s or better.

In order to qualify for the $1,000 bonus, players must satisfy the following:

* The player must be at the Jackpot or Turbo Jackpot table where the Bad Beat Jackpot hand was made.
* The player must be seated when the Bad Beat occurs.

In order to qualify for a piece of the remainder of Bad Beat jackpot designated for all players at the Bad Beat Jackpot tables of the same game type and stake level, the player must satisfy the following:

* The player must be playing at a Jackpot or Turbo Jackpot table.
* The Jackpot or Turbo Jackpot table must be of the same type and stake level of the table where the Bad Beat Jackpot was hit.
* The player must have participated in a minimum of one hand during their current session at the table where a Jackpot rake was collected and the player must have contributed to that pot.
* The player must be seated when the Bad Beat was hit.
