It Was All About The Bounties Last Week In DoylesRoom
Monday, 9. August 2010

There is no doubt that it was all about the bounty tournaments last week in DoylesRoom. Hundreds of DoylesRoom members went out gunning for DoylesRoom’s top professional players in two different bounty tournaments: the Beat The Brunson 10 tournament and the $50K Wednesday Bounty.

Last week’s Beat The Brunson 10 tournament saw plenty of recreational players going after big bounties on DoylesRoom’s The Brunson 10 members. Zach Clark was sent to the rails by ‘Bigdaddywins’ who claimed the $500 bounty. Brunson 10 member Chris Moorman was taken out by Dan Kelly. As Dan Kelly is also a member of The Brunson 10, he was not eligible to keep the bounty but Moorman’s bounty was added to Kelly’s. ‘Thpokerking’ was the lucky player to take down Kelly and claim the double bounty. In the end, ‘SaulGoode’ was the last player standing and claimed the $1k Champion Bonus on top of his share of the big prizepool.

The $50k Wednesday Bounty saw some big players fall to DoylesRoom members. Mike Caro was exited from the tournament by ‘Rory88’ and the great Doyle Brunson was his tournament demise at the hands of ‘Limpy 10’. With ‘eeks58’ taking out Hoyt Corkins, all of the DoylesRoom pros were sent to the rails.
