PKR has made an announcement regarding their new partnership with charity, Ante Up for Africa. Ante Up for Africa is the brainchild of Don Cheadle, Annie Duke and Norman Epstein and is dedicated to helping the poor and people in need of Africa.

PKR hopes to help Ante Up for Africa raise people’s awareness as regards the trials and tribulations of the needy throughout Africa over the course of the next year. In addition, PKR is giving their players the opportunity to get involved with the cause by making a donation via the PKR Shop. Players do not donate cash from their account; rather, they “purchase” donation pledges using PKR Points. It costs the player 1,000 PKR Points for every dollar donated and players may donate in increments of $20, $50, $100, $250, $500 and $1,000.
