Victory Poker celebrated its launch as the newest member of the Everleaf/UPN network on February 6th at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas. One week after the party and two weeks after its launch, Victory Poker appears to be progressing quite well.

Victory Poker has recruited a very reputable team of pros including Andrew “good2cu” Robl who finished 3rd in the $5,000 Limit/No Limit Hold’em event of the 2008 World Series of Poker (WSOP), claiming the $144,000 prize. Robl has commented on the launch with great optimism stating that the new web site has been experiencing a healthy amount of traffic.

Management of the U.S. player friendly poker room claims that Victory Poker has been seeing 1,500 visitors per day. According to PokerScout, the Everleaf/UPN network has been experiencing a steady increase in traffic since the end of January. PokerScout recorded 623 real money ring players on the Everleav/UPN network on February 1st and a couple of days ago that number stood at 698 and growing.

One of the promotions that Victory Poker members have to look forward to is Win A Date With Sara Underwood. Sara Underwood was the 2007 Playmate of the Year and is a sponsored pro of Victory Poker.

Other members of Victory Poker’s pro team include Danny Wong, Alec “traheho” Torelli, “Flying Bilzerian Brother” Dan Bilzerian, former Team Full Tilt members Paul Wasicka and Lee Markhold and Brian “tsarrast” Rast.

In spite of the fact that they have been in business for well under a month, Victory Poker has already had a considerable amount exposure in live tournaments. Wasicka just recently claimed victory in the WSOP Circuit Championship in Tunica earning $139,000. Wasicka defeated Larry Gurner heads-up in a table that included Dwyte Pilgrim, Carter “BdyBldngpkrplyr” Phillips and Matt “All In At 420” Stout. As a result of his victory, Wasicka earned himself a gold ring. Wasicka wore a Victory Poker patch at Tunica, giving the new site some much needed air time.
