Jonathon Duhamel, the young Canadian that took the poker world by storm when he took down the 2010 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event, continues to tear through players and rack up winnings. The young pro had a great showing at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure where he walked away with over $1.1 million.

At this year’s PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, Duhamel came in 2nd in the $25,000 PCA High Roller Event and got a phat check for $634,550 for his troubles. In addition, he also went deal in the Main Event where he made it to the final four tables.

Regarding his successful run at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, Duhamel commented that he “was just more determined than I’ve been before.” He further explained that he had been on a bit of a cold streak and he “wanted to do well” at the PCA.
