Bodog Moves Its Domain From Bodog.com To Bodog.eu
Tuesday, 24. May 2011

Bodog has moved its domain from bodog.com to bodog.eu. If you are worried that they fell in the latest round of indictments from the U.S. government then fear not. On a message posted on their home page, Bodog stated that the change in domains was made in order help them “expand into new markets.” The timing of the move certainly begs the thought that they have made the move as a preventative measure.

This past Monday, visitors to a 10 online gaming websites, including DoylesRoom.com, were welcomed with a seizure message posted by the U.S. Attorney of Maryland and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement – Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). A clever undercover investigation spearheaded by the HSI resulted in the seizure of the 10 sites as well as the seizure of 11 bank accounts and three individuals were charged for running an illegal gambling business and money laundering (for more information about the indictments see, DoylesRoom Domain Seized By The U.S. Attorney Of Maryland).
